IMMIGRATION LAWYERS
Mouro & Fank Law Group is a Canadian law firm focused on immigration and administrative law. Our lawyers provide legal advice and representation in matters including permanent residence applications, work and study permits, humanitarian and compassionate applications, and judicial review before the Federal Court.
The firm was founded by two siblings who share a commitment to helping individuals navigate Canada’s immigration system with clarity and confidence. After completing their legal studies and gaining experience in immigration clinics and law firms, they established the practice after seeing firsthand the challenges many applicants face.
Mouro & Fank Law Group operates from the same office as a separate immigration consulting practice. The law firm is an independent legal entity, and all legal services are provided exclusively by licensed lawyers. The firm is committed to providing clear, client-focused legal guidance grounded in the belief that immigration law is about people, families, and futures.
Meet The Team
Alexandra Fank is a lawyer at Mouro & Fank Law Chambers focusing on immigration law. Prior to being called to the bar, she gained hands-on experience in immigration matters at Pilkington Immigration Law Firm and at Mouro, Fank & Associates, where she assisted with a range of immigration applications and client files.
During law school, she worked as a Student Caseworker at the Newcomer Legal Clinic, supporting clients with immigration and refugee matters. She also obtained additional legal experience through placements in corporate, real estate, and wills and estates law.
Alexandra brings a thorough and advocacy-focused approach to her practice, with a strong emphasis on careful preparation, detailed written work, and clear communication with clients throughout the immigration process.

Daniel Fank is an immigration law professional with experience in both law firm and immigration consulting environments. Prior to being called to the bar, he worked at Landings LLP, where he assisted with immigration-related files and developed experience in the preparation and organization of applications in a law firm setting.
He later worked at Mouro, Fank and Associates, an immigration consulting practice, where he assisted with the preparation and management of a range of immigration applications and client files.
Daniel brings an efficient and organized approach to his practice, with a strong focus on managing applications effectively, maintaining well-structured files, and delivering timely and complete submissions.
